website you must agree to the following

Travel Terms and
Conditions :

The credit card holder and any
companions traveling on the same
itinerary may only purchase
tickets for travel. If you wish
to purchase a ticket for someone
else, and are not traveling on
the same itinerary, you may call
us to arrange purchase.

Do
not go to the airport without a
copy of your electronic or paper
ticket and their corresponding
13 digit number. There is a
separate ticket number for each
person traveling.

Most Electronic tickets can be E
mailed within 24 hours of making
your booking.
-
We
require a minimum of 7 days
advance purchase on most airline
tickets.
-
We
are not responsible for fare
increases for bookings that are
a result of bookings not
confirmed with a valid booking
record locater.
-
A
name change is not permitted
once a reservation has been
confirmed.
Tickets
are non-refundable in most cases
and non-changeable in many cases.
We highly recommend that you
purchase travel
insurance to
protect yourself against
selected unforeseen
circumstances. All Vacation
Packages & cruises have their
individual cancellation and
change policies which vary from
vendor to Vendor. It is highly
recommended that you read those
prior to making a payment.

A
valid phone number is required
to secure your booking.

Fares are subject to change and
to final verification until
credit card is provided,
approved and tickets are issued.
Once the travel has commenced,
there will be ABSOLUTELY no
refunds.

Tickets booked through the
wholesale flights and scheduled
flights section of our website
are issued during the office
hours of Travel N’ Travel.
Tickets purchased after hours
(including all day Saturday &
Sunday) will be processed on the
following business day. Ticket
prices must be valid on the date
tickets are being processed. If
the ticket price you were quoted
is not valid on the ticket
processing date, Travel N’
Travel will notify you within 48
business hours and give you the
option of booking the new fare.

If
Electronic ticketing is not
available on the wholesale
tickets or scheduled flights
section of our website, paper
tickets will be sent to credit
cardholder's billing address
only. We do not accept P.O. Box
addresses, even if it is the
cardholder's billing address.
Paper tickets are subject to a 3
day express delivery fee of $15,
or a 3 day delivery fee of $35.
For electronic ticketing, please
present credit card information
that was used to purchase
ticket, along with a picture id
at the airport.

All shipping, processing,
ticketing and service fees are
non refundable in an event of
cancellation. A service fee of
10% of the total cost will be
charged over and above any
charges imposed by the airline.

Airlines check photo
identification on all
passengers. To protect credit
card holders, all passengers on
a reservation must check in
together if payment has been
made on the same credit card.
The credit card used to pay for
tickets must be presented at the
airport. The name on each ticket
must match a valid photo id
shown at the airport and a proof
of citizenship must be carried
at all times.

All passengers traveling outside
of their country of origin (i.e.
U.S.A.) are required to have
certain travel documents. This
may include: a valid passport, a
round-trip airline ticket or
proof of onward travel, a visa
issued by some destination
countries, medical inoculations
for infected areas/countries,
proof of sufficient funds when
entering the destination
country. (Some countries have a
departure tax payable at the
airport before departing the
country).

Each passenger is responsible to
obtain the proper travel
documents prior to purchasing
airline tickets. Contact the
destination country's consulate
for details.
-
The name on all travel documents
(tickets, passports, and visas)
must match.
-
Meal and seat preferences will
be passed on to the airline, but
cannot be guaranteed. Seats for
all passengers will be selected
automatically based on the best
seats available and adjacent to
the primary passenger, if
possible. If seating options are
not given during the booking
process, you may make seat or
meal request with one of our
booking agents at a fee of $10
per passenger. These charges are
in addition to any fees charged
by the airline if applicable.
Alternately, you may call the
Airline directly to make such
requests.

All passengers must be checked
in at airports a minimum of one
hour before departure on all
domestic flights and three hours
for international flights. In
rare instances, listed fares
occasionally may not include
additional surcharges, fees or
taxes that may be charged in
addition to the listed fare. If
this is the case, we will notify
you by email of any difference
between the actual fare and the
listed fare, and you may advise
us whether or not you wish to
purchase the tickets at the new
price.

All fares, seat or class
availability are subject to
change and, without notice.
-
Flight times change often and it
is essential for all travelers
to reconfirm flight times with
the airline at least 72 hours
prior to departure. It is also a
good idea to check with the
airline on the day of departure
for any changes, delays or
cancellations of flights. Some
charter airlines do not have an
agent you can speak to in order
to reconfirm seats but you must
call their automated
recording to reconfirm your
flight departure and arrival
times. Due to the discount
nature of your ticket we will
not call you to notify you of
schedule changes even if
departure dates, times or
routings change.

A
valid credit card must be used
at the time the fare is
reserved, or tickets cannot be
delivered or issued. We will
notify you by e-mail if your
reservation is cancelled due to
an invalid credit card, credit
card address or other reason why
a ticket may not be issued. This
may result in a higher fare when
your credit card charge amount
has been cleared, and you may
advise us whether or not you
wish to purchase the tickets at
the new price.

Your name and home address must
exactly match the address on
your monthly credit card
statement from the issuing bank
or the transaction will be
denied. You must also be able to
receive the tickets at the
address you placed in your
personal file; someone must be
available to sign for the
tickets when they arrive at the
profile listed address. Failure
to do so may mean that you will
not receive your tickets in time
for travel.

In
the event that collection
efforts have to be made, by
sending to an outside
collections agency, you will be
responsible for all costs
incurred to collect the debt.

It
is highly recommended that all
persons purchase travel
insurance to accompany each
booking. Travel insurance must
be purchased on the same day
travel plans are purchase in
order to be valid. Optional
travel insurance must be
purchased on this website or
through our call centre.

Prices displayed on our website
do not constitute an
"advertisement", they are offers
of sale which are subject to
final verification and
availability.

We
reserve the right not to issue
tickets. This includes a booking
flagged by our security
department. This also includes
but is not limited to, phone
numbers that cannot be validated
and travel that does not
originate from or is destined
for U.S.A.
When using this Website:

N’ Travel, Inc. allows you to look
at content from its website for
personal use only as long as all
information remains unchanged. You
are not permitted to change, hack or
decompile any images or code from
this website. Reproduction or
redistribution of this website for
commercial purposes is not permitted
without written permission from a
Travel N’ Travel director. The
content of this site is also
copyrighted and trademarked and is
subject to applicable laws regarding
trademark and copyright protection.
Breaking any Terms of use
automatically revokes your
authorization to use this Site as
well as the electronic or paper
retention of any of its information
including but not limited to text or
graphics.
